We are looking for a Sprinter Technician to join us immediately. Preferred candidates are precise, thorough, and natural doers. A provable track record of performing oil changes, basic maintenance, or minor repair work is ideal. Certification from a mechanical school, or currently attending school, is a HUGE plus! Successful candidates can work at a faster-than-average pace and have an eye for managing detail-work. With Chapman, you can expect to be in a constant state of learning. We have a robust factory training program that offers you advancement and learning opportunities to help you master your automotive technician skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor if any additional service is needed; providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• ASE certifications are ideal
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and a background check
• Must have clean driving record and valid driver's license
