Mercedes-Benz of St. Louis is looking for a diesel automotive technician to repair Sprinters, our diesel powered passenger vehicles and motor-homes. We are looking for a technician who knows the difference between working on vehicles and fixing vehicles. Mercedes-Benz of St. Louis is a family owned business in operation for over 35 years.
Qualifications:
- Sprinter experience is preferred, but not required.
- Above average problem solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong electrical trouble shooting skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks
- Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers' concerns and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify soundness
- Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for customer, dealership and factory records
