The Detailer is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, polished and maintained to the highest standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and performance of vehicles by cleaning interior and exterior and delivering to designated area.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure all containers are appropriately labeled and stored.
• Assist department managers as needed in spot checking appearance of inventory or customer vehicles and delivering to designated areas as needed.
• Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Previous experience in a similar role
