Job Summary:
Mercedes-Benz of Loveland is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Express Service Concierge. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our service clients. As an Express Service Concierge, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious brands in the automotive industry while providing top-notch customer service.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $20 per hour. In addition, the chosen candidate will have access to comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome service clients upon arrival to the dealership in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand and effectively communicate the Mercedes-Benz service process to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication methods.
• Manage and maintain the service appointment schedule to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
• Cross-sell and up-sell service packages and additional services to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, including the waiting lounge and service bays.
• Utilize dealership technology and software systems to accurately document client information and service history.
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some technical college or automotive education preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing situations.
• Proficient in computer and software systems.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
