Mercedes-Benz of Cary has the exciting opportunity to expand our team with the addition of a Full-Time Product Concierge! We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to fill this position.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees.
- Responsible for explaining and demonstrating vehicle features and technology to customers at the beginning of the sales process.
- An individual's attitude affects customers, co-workers and job performance. Therefore the position requires that an employee maintain a positive, progressive, cooperative attitude each day, with an ultimate focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
- Provides assistance to customers as needed.
- Educate customer on optional equipment available for purchase.
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality.
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment.
- Professional appearance.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- GED.
- High School Diploma.
- Up to 3 years.
- 3-5 years.
- 5 years.
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience desired.
- Understanding of technology and ability to demonstrate teach how to operate new and constantly changing tech in vehicles.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic Computer skills.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
- The position requires regular and predictable attendance.
