We are currently seeking a Roofing Repair Technician to join our Team in the MIami, FL area.

The Roofing Repair Technician must understand the fundamentals of roofing installation and maintenance. Roofing ServiceTechnicians should be able to identify specific types of roofing materials and know how to install and repair those materials.

Scope of work:

• Facilitate escalations of complex desktop issues and manage cases through resolution.

• Operate each job under OSHA protocols and safety compliance.

• Cover roofs with shingles, slate, asphalt, aluminum and wood.

• Go in attics to discover the root cause of leaks.

• Ensure customer satisfaction with personalize communication

• Experience with component detailing, dimensioning, specifying tolerances, weld details and BOMs.

• Complete other duties as assigned

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR

• 1-2 Years Roofing Experience

• 1 Year Roofing Repair Experience

• Ability to identify specific types of roofing materials and implement proper installation and repair methods.

• Ability to use all hand tools associated with roofing installation including simple hand tools and specific roofing related tools.

• Ability to identify safety hazards on project sites and take corrective measures to eliminate or reduce risks associated with those hazards.

• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors as well as laborers on project sites. Listening is a critical skill which should be practiced in order to be successful in the position.
