Meraki Construction Services, LLC is Hiring a Sales Associate Near Tampa, FL
Meraki Construction Services is looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team. If you have a passion for sales in the renovation Industry, We want you to join our team!
You will play a key role by providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our fast growing construction company. We offer competitive pay, with opportunities for career growth.
Our Sales Associate position starts at $20.00 - $25.000 plus a structured commission based on experience, sales and performance. Must provide job references.
Responsibilities - Include but not limited to the following:
- Assist our clients in the showroom with product selections, answer questions and take detail orated project details for their intake form
- Attend sales qualifying calls/meetings if needed
- Conduct on site visits with our team to help evaluate existing conditions and collaborate with our team to create a scope of work for the project at times
- Must maintain a clean and organized showroom
- Learn and stay up-to-date on all product knowledge, collaborate with team members to achieve company sales goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential renovations and general construction knowledge.
- Proficient in Google suites and google calendar.
- Communication and organizational skills are a must.
- Must be a team player
- Willingness to gain knowledge of our products and services.
- Must be customer oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously.
- Must gain knowledge to educate our clients regarding our products and services to help the client make an informed decision on hiring Meraki Construction Services for their project.
Hours: Open Monday through Saturday - Saturday hours required. The associate should be comfortable working Saturdays, which is the store's busiest traffic day.
Required: Reliable transportation, Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)
