Position DetailsThis role conducts individual and family therapy sessions, parent coaching, and crisis intervention for each family assigned to his/her caseload using an evidenced based practice, MST CAN. Multi-systemic Therapy Child Abuse and Neglect (MST CAN) designed to intervene with children and their family with a recent credible report of child abuse or neglect to improve maladaptive coping skills and reduce the risk of out of home placement.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a related field.
• Staff member must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Preference for the staff to be able to read and write in Spanish and English.
• 2 years’ experience in a CASSP system program
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of children and families on caseload.
• Ability to Travel to client’s homes for the purpose of providing community and home-based services, direct observation or supervision for children, adolescents, and families.
• A valid Pennsylvania Driver's license and access to reliable transportation is a requirement.
