Position Details
The position assists with medical oversite and medication management of individuals with I/DD. This includes medical data entry, medical documentation, medication monitoring, and compliance of medical needs.
Job Description
- The position assists with the medical oversight of individuals with I/DD.
- This includes data entry of medical care and medications, auditing medical documentation and monitoring for completion of follow up needed.
- Communicate with medical facilities, providers, and pharmacies.
- Assist with doctor appointments and diagnostic testing as needed.
- Conduct routine reviews of individual medical files.
- Provide oversite in all aspects of medication management and DME equipment management at assigned sites.
- Ensure compliance with DE licensing regulations on medication practices and medical care.
- Participate in individual meetings as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in IDD and knowledge of licensure regulations preferred
- Familiarity of Therap system and durable medical equipment purchasing a plus
