Position Details
The Licensed Clinical Supervisor, under the supervision of the Clinical Director - MHOP SEPA, is responsible for the overall clinical quality, service delivery, and supervision of the site's clinical staff. The supervisor will serve as a clinical leader and support the implementation and sustainability of evidence-based practices during supervision with therapists and interns. This role collaboratively works with the Operations Manager to provide exceptional outpatient services.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications.
- Master's degree in a related field of Human Services, including but not limited to Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Sociology required.
- License is required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
- Two years supervisory experience required.
- Candidate must be computer competent, possess strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.
