Kiosk Supervisor in RDU Airport at "Ready to Fly Grab & Go"

Kiosk Supervisors give instructions to and oversee the work of other employees while making sure great customer service is provided. Unlike managers, they do not have the responsibility of hiring or firing employees. Supervisors will uphold MERA standards and MERA policies.

The Kiosk Supervisor position is a full-time position in which areas of responsibility include but are not limited to: Preparation of food items, maintaining inventory, customer service, training, and supervising support staff. The environment is fast paced with an emphasis on delivering good customer service in a limited time frame. The Kiosk Supervisor reports directly to the Kiosk Manager.

We are looking for a supervisor who will oversee our Kiosks. Duties primarily revolve around all aspects of the kiosks. As a kiosk Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a group of 20 plus employees, up to ten employees daily, while aiding in the cleanliness and the stocking of the kiosks. Supervisors will need to be capable of lifting, up to 25# and will need to be on their feet for up to nine hours a day. Other responsibilities include coaching and teaching team members how to give excellent guest service to our guests.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence. Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Making sure employees meet performance expectations.

• Keeping the kiosks organized and clean.
• Transfers logs and waste logs.
• Daily, weekly and monthly inventories
• Handling large amounts of money

• Implement and instill in your team company policies, procedures, and ethics.
• Handle customer complaints and queries.
