MentorWorks Education Capital, a workforce development company, is looking for an HVAC Sales Technician (10K Sign On Bonus) to join one of our employer partners. Candidates will be screened by the MentorWorks team. If selected, the candidate will move on in the process to our employment partner.

Looking for Residential HVAC Sales Technicians!

HVAC Techs at this Compnay are making up to $250,000 per year! They are also offering a sign-on bonus of up to $10K, as well as an annual company bonus.

The ideal candidate has:

• 2 Years of Residential HVAC Experience
• 2 Years of Direct Sales Experience (on a performance model)
• Clean Driving Record
• Comfortable working directly with customers

Requirements

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience
• Previous HVAC Sales Experience (2 Years)
  • Residential Service and Tune up experience on a performance-based pay program is preferred
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a background check
• Excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable working nights and weekend as scheduled
