• Provide technical, operational, and administrative support to the Construction Management group during the Pre-Construction, Construction & Post Construction phases of projects.
  • Pre-construction:
    • Provide technical support during the design reviews of technical documents and Drawings in the Pre-construction and Preliminary Engineering phases.
    • Perform project site visits to collect or verify the information to validate the design criteria of pre-construction in coordination with the Construction Coordinators.
    • Provide technical support on-site visits with third-party contractors and coordinate with local agencies to address operational, compliance, or permitting requirements.
    • Provide assessments on water and wastewater distribution systems, and pump stations.
  • Construction:
    • Provide Technical reviews of material, equipment, systems, procedures, and process integration submittals to assure their compliance with construction drawings and specifications.
    • Assist Construction Coordinators & clients during equipment start-up. Assure technical performance of equipment.
    • Validate the Contractor’s O&M procedures and conduct functional and/or performance tests.
    • Validate Vendor/Factory training to be compliant with Contract Specifications.
    • Coordinate and Review of project’s Operation and Maintenance Manuals (O&MM) and follow up on their implementation and approval during the different construction phases. Report to the client and the contractor all the changes required for the compliance of the O&MM, and follow up for the final acceptance. 
    • Provide technical support to the Construction Coordinators during the construction phase regarding hydraulics or operational issues.
    • Provide technical assistance to the client on water or wastewater facilities undergoing improvements through contractor site mobilization, execution, and demobilization activities to assure compliance and avoid service interruptions.
  • Post Construction
    • Support the Post-Construction Manager by providing data and information to be used on the Post-Construction Monthly Reports and presentations. 
    • Provide guidance and assistance to the client focused on maintaining service during any type of emergency.
    • Assist in the preparation of the documents for the Maintenance Program, including the project’s equipment inventory and spare parts list.
