As a Pizza Line Cook at Mentone, you will work closely with our renowned chefs, led by the James Beard Award-winning Chef David Kinch, to craft waht we like to think of as a French/Italian Riviera spin on coastal California cuisine, using high-quality, local ingredients.
You will have the opportunity to advance your skills under skilled leadership in an inclusive and suportive environtment, with expansion opportunites for growth within the retraurant group, and potential leadership roles down the line.
