Job Summary
We are seeking a Virginia State Certified Qualified Mental Health Professionals for Adults (QMHP-A) or Certified Substance Abuse Counselors (CSAC) to join our team! In this role, you will conduct individual Skills Building sessions with adults in the community, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities

• Perform Individual Sessions
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to guide skills building activities
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all agency and licensing standards

Qualifications (minimal)

• Bachelors degree in counseling, social work, or similar human services field
• Current and unrestricted Virginia State Certification as QMHP-A or CSAC
• Previous experience as a behavioral health counselor preferred
• Valid Virginia Drivers License and Insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
