Purpose:
The Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) on the Integrated Health Home (IHH) works with a collaborative interdisciplinary medical and mental health team to provide whole person care.
Job Summary:
You will be the lead therapist on the integrated team and serve as an expert consultant to the medical team. You will report to the Program Supervisor.

Have you provided brief, episodic psychotherapy, addressing mental health issues and physical health complaints?
Do you have experience in an integrated care environment?
Are you looking to manage a small caseload of clients needing both psychotherapy and complex case management?
