Mental Health Outpatient Clinic is Hiring a Mental Health Counselor (LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LAMFT ) Near Union, NJ

Busy Mental Health Outpatient Center in central NJ is looking for a motivated Licensed therapist (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, LAMFT), to provide both in-person and a Remote Counseling for the NJ residents. Any days are available. Options to create your own schedule. Fluent in Spanish is a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical assessments using a variety of sources, methods, and approaches including, but not limited to, standardized testing tools to evaluate and diagnose clients with behavioral, social or emotional problems referred by counselors, psychologists, district staff and outside organizations.
  • Provide crisis intervention, individual and group treatment, psychotherapy, family services,and case management for referred clients.
  • Provide ongoing treatment and counsel and counseling; monitor progress in program related activities and effectiveness of psychotherapy and treatment; process related forms and application; follow-up and re-evaluate appropriately.
  • Maintain confidentiality of treatment records, reports and other sensitive and privilege information.
  • Attend and participate in assigned meeting, conference, and in-services.
  • Operate office equipment including a computer and assigned software.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
