MHC has an immediate full-time opening (Saturday overnight into Sunday morning, Sunday overnight into Monday morning, Monday overnight into Tuesday morning, Tuesday overnight into Wednesday morning, and Wednesday overnight into Thursday morning) Sunday - Thursday 12:00 am - 8:00 am for a Residential Specialist I within the Torrington area. This position is in our program that serves a capacity of four women with a history of trauma and multiple long-term psychiatric hospitalizations. The Sanctuary Model is utilized when providing services in this program. This position will be responsible to document and deliver services, including Medicaid reimbursable services, if applicable, to persons in recovery in the activities outlined in their Individual Recovery Plans.
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour. MHC is currently paying a shift differential of $1.00 per hour worked between 12:00 am - 8:00 am in addition to the hourly pay rate.
