The Housekeeping Supervisor leads housekeeping team members and oversees cleaning procedures. The primary goal is to maintain ahigh degree of cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere in accordance withMennonite Home Communities standards.HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- PreviousSupervisory experience required.
- ValidPA Driver’s License & a minimum of two years driving experience required.
- Threeyears’ experience working in an institutional/hospitality setting and or withcleaning responsibilities preferred.
- Previousknowledge of institutional/hospitality cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Computer skills needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR INCLUDE:
- Performs various housekeeping tasks filling in as needed.
- Trains and orients new team members.
- Completes various administrative duties within the Housekeeping Department.
