Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the hotel. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will contribute to creating a pleasant and sanitary environment for our guests.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, laundry, guest rooms and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact with employees, guests and address their needs
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established cleaning protocols
