Mending Roots Healing Center, a group private practice in West Asheville is looking for a full time and/or part time highly talented, ethical therapist to join our practice. Mending Roots Healing Center is a progressive, anti-racist, LGBTQIA affirming group practice. We encourage 4 day work weeks and strive for work/life balance. Our team environment is both vulnerable and kick ass!.

Minimum requirements include being licensed in the state of North Carolina, anti-racist and LGBTQIA affirming. Mending Roots provides a steady stream of referrals as well. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, communicative and willing to continue personal and professional growth. In addition, candidate must bring a spirit of connection, humor and support to our team. Candidate will be employee status, and compensation is percentage based on income received.

Candidates must be willing to work Fridays and evenings.

Requirements are:

*Current State of North Carolina license

*Willing to see 15-20 clients, with a max of 25 clients

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $72.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
