Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials or additional items - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests - Process payments and handle cash transactions using Aloha POS system - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Assist with food preparation as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
