Primary Responsibilities
- Planning/Forecasting process
- Coordinate the annual planning process for the organization
- Develop a monthly forecasting process for the stores and manufacturing areas
- Manage the long-term planning process
- Responsible for cash flow forecasting and providing analysis for the company
- Analyze
- Analyze and report results on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis to management
- Utilize analytical models to aid in understanding all aspects of the business
- Perform analysis by market, state, and region
- Benchmark results against competition
- Identify trends and recommend courses of action to management
- Provide useful and relevant information to the organization
- Perform financial analysis on proposed capital projects
- Analyze capital projects on a post-completion basis
- Research/Recommendations
- Introduce new technologies and approaches to financial systems
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend efficient alternatives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance
- Experience in financial management is required
- Financial modeling expertise
- Financial experience within a retail organization is preferred, but not required
- M.B.A. desired, but not required
- Ability to work overtime
- Must be able to relocate to Eau Claire, WI
