Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for inquiries, estimates, proposals, negotiation, contract review, submittals, quality control and general oversite of projects and opportunities within your division.
• Supporting divisional sales and business development efforts by attending and trade shows, conferences and technical presentations and fielding information/problem solving requests.
• Collaborating with cross-functional Company teams. regional sales team members and engineering resources.
• Overseeing the performance of projects within your division with the support of our operations and engineer teams.
• Mentoring and training junior engineers within the region.

• Knowledge of contract management, claims management and dispute resolution
• Understanding of engineering science and technology, design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field plus 5 years of project management experience in geotechnical construction.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking and sitting at a desk.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to traverse facilities in all types of weather conditions
