As a Revenue Cycle Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and maximizing revenue collection. Responsibilities:
- Process and review billing information, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Generate and submit claims to insurance companies
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and reimbursement guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper coding and documentation
- Provide support to patients regarding billing inquiries or concerns
- Assist with event planning related to revenue cycle activities

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a revenue cycle or medical billing role is highly desirable

-Familiarity with EOBs and Payment application
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically
- Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in calendar management is a plus
