Position Summary: This position is responsible for assisting the document solutions division with various activities and tasks, providing support in several areas including but not limited to order processing, sales support, and data entry. Essential Job Functions: 1. Process new equipment orders assigned by Supervisor, including GEM and 3rd party installs 2. Create RMA's for equipment returns and supply returns 3. Assist with invoicing equipment orders and submit for funding 4. Manage cost worksheets for used equipment being repurchased or rented 5. Enter purchase quotes and sales orders for equipment returns 6. Handle incoming calls from customers and sales team for miscellaneous DSG issues 7. Update Customer Equipment Cards and enter lease cards 8. Assist the billing team with reconciling pass through maintenance payments 9. Primary lead on handling audit and approval of all cost per copy toner orders Essential Job Requirements: Education: Minimum of high school diploma Experience: Two or more years experience in administrative role or customer service Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook; Must be able to type 45 words per minute or more Other Competencies / Skills: Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills, Keen Attention to Detail, Excellent Keyboarding/Data Entry Skills, Be a Team Player - Helpful Disposition and Attitude and Excellent Time Management Skills Physical Requirements: Must be able to work in an open-office setting, with the majority of time being spent in a sitting position at a desk in front of a computer.
