Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting with various tasks within the store.

Duties:

- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product recommendations

- Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system

- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions while maintaining proper cash handling procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our merchandise

- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities

- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Skills:

- Strong sales skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English

- Proficiency in operating a cash register and POS system

- Attention to detail in cash handling procedures

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to upsell products

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
