Position Summary:

• Responsible for instructing support courses in accordance with AHA (BLS, ACLS, PALS).
• Other courses as certifications needs develop.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree is required. Graduate of a School of Nursing program. Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree is preferred .
• Current license as an RN in New Mexico or compact license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Required certifications must be obtained through a MMCLC approved program.
• Current clinical experience.
• 3 years minimum experience in Acute Care required. 5 or more years of experience preferred.
• A minimum of three years experience as a Clinical Instructor preferred .
