Full Time Cabinet and Casework Installer

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer to join our team in Nashville, TN. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation of custom cabinets, casework, and architectural millwork.

Job Duties:

- Read and interpret blueprints to understand cabinetry specifications and layout

- Prepare job sites by protecting existing structures and surfaces

- Install wall cabinets, base cabinets, and vanities by leveling, securing to studs

- Adjust and align cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware

- Install countertops

- Transport and install furniture-grade architectural millwork

Requirements:

- 2 years cabinet installation experience required

- Excellent carpentry skills and attention to detail

- Familiar with standard cabinet sizes, grades, and installation methods

- Skilled with hand tools and power tools needed for fine carpentry

- Ability to read tape measure, level, squares to ensure proper alignment

- Physical ability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs

Compensation and Benefits:

- Pay rate of $20 - $24 per hour based on experience

- Full time schedule

- Paid time off
