Requirements for the Role:

• Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or an MBA/related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• 5 years of working experience in the auto lending industry, specifically in the areas of originations, servicing, payments, collections, and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of auto lending products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, using tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis software.
• Experience in developing and implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant software systems and tools used in auto lending operations is preferred.
