Melvin & Melvin, Pllc is a well-established mid-sized law firm in downtown Syracuse with attorneys focusing on various areas of law. We are seeking to fill an open Full Time position for a Collections Filing Clerk/Secretary in our busy legal collections department.
Melvin & Melvin, PLLC established in 1921 has been representing Syracuse for over 100 years. Our office is located in the heart of downtown Syracuse near many restaurants and local attractions. Parking is available at garages and parking lots located near our offices for a monthly fee. As a full time employee at Melvin & Melvin we offer generous benefits such as:

Duties include filing, photocopying, mailings and light secretarial duties. Position also includes room for growth in department.
The right candidate would:
- Have good attendance history
- Have exemplary attention to detail and organization skills.
- Have basic computer skills and able to search clients and create labels
- Be able to work independently and have good time management skills
- Perform various administrative functions as requested
- Comply with all Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rules and regulations and adhere to Client Confidentiality
