The primary duties for this position is to provide operational assistance and direction to customers and drivers outside of regular business hours. This position will initiate CTPAT policies and procedures as well as a variety of dispatch and customer service work. This position will provide coverage assistance to other operational roles as needed.

The shift for this role is Monday-Friday, 3PM-Midnight.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties as assigned

• Provide seamless coverage for all Operations positions NB/SB
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of and relationships with Territory Accounts
• Provide load tracking, TMS updates for accounts
• Assist with dispatch, routings and flags, including coordinating repowers with Tulsa Managers, and territory planning and coordination between areas to cover loads/trucks
• Provide support as needed to ITech (EDI and TMS) accounts, including documentation and reporting for Mexican accounts
• Will provide daily phone/email/What’s App coverage for MX / Border Extended Coverage - CSR’s / TAM’s / Equipment Control
• Assist as needed with load entry, data entry, pre-calls, solicitation, etc. on heaviest daily inbound/outbound area.
• Track & monitor drivers in yard after 4pm to meet load ETA
• Document any communication with drivers by adding check calls with detailed comments.
• Assist in any assignments/projects as needed and requested by Terminal Manager
• CTPAT compliance

Hours: Monday- Friday, 3pm - midnight with a one-hour break or as agreed upon by Management

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required, college preferred. Minimum of 2 years customer service experience. Trucking/transportation experience much preferred. Must be English/Spanish bilingual.

Special Training: Needs to be familiar with computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel and Innovative AS400 System.

Special Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly, handle stressful situations and pay close attention to detail. Must also be able to work and perform as a team player.

Physical Demands: It is necessary to talk, hear, sit, write, type. It is occasionally necessary to lift up to 25 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
