The primary duties for this position is to provide operational assistance and direction to customers and drivers outside of regular business hours. This position will initiate CTPAT policies and procedures as well as a variety of dispatch and customer service work. This position will provide coverage assistance to other operational roles as needed.
The shift for this role is Monday-Friday, 3PM-Midnight.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties as assigned
Hours: Monday- Friday, 3pm - midnight with a one-hour break or as agreed upon by Management
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required, college preferred. Minimum of 2 years customer service experience. Trucking/transportation experience much preferred. Must be English/Spanish bilingual.
Special Training: Needs to be familiar with computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel and Innovative AS400 System.
Special Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly, handle stressful situations and pay close attention to detail. Must also be able to work and perform as a team player.
Physical Demands: It is necessary to talk, hear, sit, write, type. It is occasionally necessary to lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
