Basic Functions: Servers are responsible for taking food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately from guests. Servers should have knowledge of all menu items as to ensure guest questions are answered correctly. Servers are responsible for table maintenance: running food, beverage refills, pre-bussing and clearing all plates. Servers receive and handle all payments from guests.
