Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hospice Marketer to join our team. As a Hospice Marketer, you will play a critical role in increasing awareness of our hospice services within the community and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and potential patients and families.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote hospice services and increase brand visibility in the community.
•Identify and cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare organizations.
•Conduct outreach activities, such as networking events, educational seminars, and presentations, to educate referral sources and community members about hospice care and services.
•Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate timely admissions and ensure smooth transitions for patients and families.
•Track and analyze marketing metrics, referral trends, and market data to assess effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.
•Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
•Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of marketing activities, referral sources, and contacts in the CRM system.
•Work closely with internal teams, including clinical staff, leadership, and administrative staff, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
•Previous experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development, particularly in the hospice or palliative care industry, is highly desirable.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
•Proven track record of achieving sales targets, generating leads, and driving business growth.
•Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel within the assigned territory.
