Melnik Legal PLLC is Hiring a Remote Law Clerk

Do you want to have an impact on technology and security in the healthcare area? A Tampa, Florida based law firm has an immediate opening for a Law Clerk. Compensation is $25/hour. Semester law clerks work part-time (approximately 20 hours per week).

Position Type : Full-time / part-time (approximately 20 hours per week), with possibility to convert to a full-time junior associate.

*Position Requirements* :

  • Completion of two years of law school at an accredited law school.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology. Undergraduate STEM degree preferred.
  • Highly detail oriented.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong writing and research skills.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-starter who can be agile when faced with frequently changing needs.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office family of products and Lexis Advance.
