JOB DESCRIPTION

Aspire2B is searching for Servers for our Mellow Mushroom Concept this position impacts the long- term viability of the company by welcoming the guest, describing food/beverage, ensuring alcohol compliance, taking orders, delivering, and growing revenue in the restaurant.

YOU WILL:

• Create a sense of community with guests.
• Inform guests of specials and/or promotions and suggested items.
• Sets-up, maintain, and operate the dining and bar area.
• Check guest identification to ensure age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
• Takes drink and food orders and accurately inputs into register system.
• Resolve guest complaints, investigate problems, and identify solutions.
• Adhere to SERV Safe Alcohol, Food and HACCP standards, Federal/State/Local laws, and company policies.
• Develop strong working relationships within the team.
