Our pizza bakers are the MVPs of the Mellow Mushroom experience. So, you can expect to become the very best at your craft, while creating beautiful specialty pizzas that leave our guests craving more...
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare the pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings (tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and more)
- Perform dough pull to ensure optimal proofing and rising
- Be comfortable talking to coworkers and guests; we want you to extend the Mellow vibe to everyone especially team members
- Prepare the Mellow specialty pizzas our guests crave and rave about. This includes following recipes and creating build-your-own menu items that leave guests coming back for more.
- Clean and sanitize all work surfaces and utensils / equipment; we pride ourselves on strict standards for food safety
