Job description

We are seeking an upbeat and energetic individual who is looking to expand their skill set and grow with our company. We ask that you have a minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in full service restaurants. You will need to show proficiency in the following areas of restaurant management;

Scheduling

Staff management and conflict resolution

Inventory and Analysis along with a clear understanding of P&L statements

Team Development

Guest Relations

Must be willing to take on responsibilities and recognize tasks that need to be accomplished without constant oversight and direction. Must have great time management skills. Need to be self motivated to continue your growth and learning in the restaurant industry and management. Ultimately we want to find a great fit for our company with someone who plans to continue to advance their career long term.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
