We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and acquire new clients
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
- Analyze clients' current coverage and make recommendations for additional or alternative coverage options
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Active Property & Casualty license or personal lines license
-Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to analyze insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Experience in outside sales or retail sales is a plus
- Ability to effectively market insurance products to potential clients
- Insurance Sales (1 years preferred)
- Experience working live leads and data leads
