Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Maintain client confidentiality at the highest level

- Provide information to callers and visitors about the organization
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, client data and packages

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of calendar management software is a plus
- Familiarity with dental or medical terminology is a bonus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
