Job description
Dynamic and fast-growing Plaintiffs’ civil rights firm seeks ambitious Associate Attorney with 0 to 3 years of experience (including 2023 or 2024 graduates who are seeking Associate Attorney positions) to work primarily on federal court Plaintiff-side employment cases.
Requirements:
Candidates must have an interest in federal court litigation, have strong legal writing and research skills, possess sound organizational skills and be able to work in a team-oriented collaborative environment. The job will involve case screening, pre-litigation factual development, brief writing, motions practice, research, discovery, trial preparation and trial advocacy. Candidates must either be members of the Maryland bar or be eligible to become members. D.C. bar membership, in addition, is preferred. Salary for attorneys begins at $70,000 and is commensurate with experience.
