What you do:

• Deliver an excellent customers serve: greeting with a smile, explaining menu items, and making relevant recommendations.
• Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages following recipes as well as pastry items (macarons!)
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) using POS system
• Keep the work areas clean and sanitized, maintain stock of supplies (cups, lids, straws, paper napkins...)
• Communicate with customers and team members with positivity and friendly attitude

• Great communication skills, listen to people and enjoy solving problems
• Well organized, efficient, and able to work fast-pace while multi-tasking
• Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress (Preferred)
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Show respect and kindness to customers and fellow employees
• Excellent social media experience is a plus
