Overview

Melaleuca has immediate openings for Part-time 2nd Shift Shipping Team Members. Shift hours are 3:00 pm – 1:15 am (10-hour shifts). Scheduled workdays start on the last day of each month and run through the 9th of the following month (excluding Sundays).

This position offers:

• Great Starting Pay - $16.40/hr and Up DOE (includes $2.00/hr shift differential)
• Performance Based Pay Reviews At 6 Months and 18 Months, then every 12 Months thereafter

Responsibilities

Responsible for performing a variety of product distribution tasks in a fast-paced environment including order selection (picking), visual inspection and auditing for accuracy, packing and shipping products for customer orders. Our team members are vital to achieving our high product quality and customer service expectations.

Qualifications

• There is no experience required – we will train you!
• Dependability with exceptional attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pack products in boxes quickly with accuracy and care while maintaining safety and quality
• Ability to stand for duration of shift. Requires frequent and sustained standing, walking, carrying, stooping, and crouching
• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift
• Ability to climb stairs
