Overview

This position is located in Knoxville, Tennessee.

We have an immediate opening for Full-Time Retail Store Supervisor who has experience with customer service in a retail environment to ensure a quality experience for our customers. Your schedule will vary but will fall during our store hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities

Assists customers entering our Product Store in a polite and courteous manner and uses creativity to effectively solve customer issues with the goal of creating complete customer satisfaction. Supervises a team of 3 associates, manages day to day employee relations, and develops a strong team dynamic. Performs a variety of tasks including completing customer orders, upselling products, and processing returns/refunds. Keeps accurate logs of any customer issues/concerns and ensures store is kept clean and stocked to ensure a positive customer experience. 

Qualifications

• Demonstrated fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken preferred (not required)
• Excellent customer relations skills with retail experience preferred
• Ability to supervise a small team
• Ability to manage employee schedules
• 20 wpm typing & 10 key by touch
• Dependability with exceptional attendance and punctuality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze and creatively solve customer challenges
• Ability to handle confidential information Ability to read, write, and follow established operational procedures
• Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
• Ability to be physically active, stock shelves, and be on your feet for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. on a regular basis
