Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to manufacture products according to specifications. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment, such as lathes, milling machines, CNC machines, and presses
- Set up machines for production runs and adjust settings as needed
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products are being produced correctly
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers
- Interpret engineering drawings and use CAD software for programming machines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and interpreting engineering drawings
- Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Forklift certification is a plus
