This is an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Clerk with a background in shipping and receiving, delivery driving, maintenance, and janitorial work. JOB DUTIES

1. Receive, unpack, and check incoming shipments for accuracy. Organize and stock products in designated warehouse locations. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory checks.

2. Pick products from shelves or storage areas based on order requirements. Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.

3. Prepare shipping labels and documents for outgoing orders. Coordinate with carriers and schedule shipments. Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists.

4. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment for moving materials with precision and care, especially when handling high-value products. Implement additional safety measures and secure fastening techniques to ensure the safe transportation of sensitive or fragile items. Exercise extra caution during the loading and unloading of trucks, paying particular attention to the proper placement and secure arrangement of high-value goods.

5. Inspect products for damages, defects, or discrepancies. Report and document any issues with incoming or outgoing shipments. Exercise vigilance when handling high-value products during the inspection process. Implement extra precautions and security measures to prevent any damage or loss of high-value items.

6. Perform routine janitorial tasks, such as cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain a hygienic environment.

7. Safely operate company vehicles to transport products between stores. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to designated locations. Assist with loading and unloading products during delivery.

8. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• Experience in inventory management, order picking, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Proficiency in delivery driving, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Experience with janitorial tasks and maintenance for maintaining a clean workspace.
• Experience in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of a warehouse environment, including lifting and moving heavy items up to 50 pounds.
• Adaptability, attention to detail, and effective collaboration within a dynamic warehouse environment.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.
