We are looking for a kind, polite, and well-mannered full-time service advisor/office manager to greet and check in customers as they drop off their vehicles for repair. You will also be responsible for cashing out the customer when they are picking up their vehicles, pricing out vehicle repairs, and filing all paperwork. You must have great customer service skills in person and on the phone. At times it is a faced-paced work environment but can also be slow so the ability to adjust to the workflow is needed.

Full knowledge of a car is not needed just the willingness to learn the part names to look up and price out repairs. Pay is between $20-$30 an hour based on experience.
