Job Summary:
We are seeking a full time Order Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing POs (purchase orders) accurately and efficiently in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain accurate market price and lead time.
- Operate the ERP system to track and update order status.
- Monitor the status of POs .
- Manage vendor/customer portals.
- Facilitate and engage in effective communication with suppliers.
- Assist with other related tasks tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High level of accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail in order processing
- Professionalism and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using an ERP system is a plus.
- Fluent in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 per year
