Mid - Range Supervisor - Corporate Office 

MEI Auto Finance is seeking an experienced and motivated Mid Range I Supervisor to join our team!
This person oversees a team of five 16-30 collectors.

Repsonsibilities:

• Training and development of team members is a TOP priority
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and
  procedures.
• Evaluating and monitoring employee performance
• Providing constant and open feedback
• Assisting in second talk offs and handling of escalated calls
• Effectively communicating with your team, and team members, members of management on the
  floor.
• Daily Account reviews
• Scheduling of Doorknock visits
• Reporting

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of prior Auto subprime collections management is a requirement for this
  position. This does NOT INCLUDE a team leader position.

• Proficient knowledge of FDCPA
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with attention to spelling and grammar
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Working and proficient knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
• Strong ability to multitask and work independently under high pressure
• Must meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals
• Ability to give and receive effective feedback

Location:

• Corporate Office - Arlington, TX 76006

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• 2 Late Nights per week
• 9am-6pm
• Every other Saturday 8am-5pm with a day off during the week. 
• 42 hour work week required. 

Compensation:

• $50,000 - $55,000 Annually 
• Weekly bonus structure based on individual results.
