Maintenance Technician - Corporate Office

We are seeking an individual who has a background in construction and/ Maintenance, who has excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence in their ability to work independently without supervision. The Handy Man will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks including problem solving, carpentry, electrical and plumbing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable setting up projects from start to finish with minimal supervision, have experience working with a variety of building materials and have the ability to follow detailed instructions and protocol.

Responsibilities:

• Work on small repairs, painting, and remodeling work.
• Have knowledge of specific installation instructions.
• Keep any tools and supplies clean and organized.
• Driver's License (Preferred)

Schedule:

• Full-time
• 8 Hour Shift
• Day Shift
• Monday-Friday
• Occasional Saturdays

Compensation: $21.63 - $24.04 Hourly (Depending on Experience)
